Fleet Maintenance
- All fleet repairs and fleet maintenance are done by our on-site workshop personnel. They are available 7 days a week, at no additional cost. If a vehicle is out of order, we replace it immediately. This is a benefit, due to the fact that deliveries can carry on, as promised to customers.
- Replacements of major components like batteries, shocks, exhaust systems, brake pads due to normal wear and tear. There are no additional costs involved for Clients.
- Once a year the registration and license fees of the vehicles are renewed.
- The vehicles is serviced by our trained workshop personnel, every 10 000 km. If the vehicles must go to the workshop, a replacement vehicle will be used. This vehicle will be on the same standard as the other contract vehicles. This is to prevent a delay in working procedures.
- Tyres - will be checked on a regular basis, to ensure that your product and our personnel won't be in danger if they are on the road. If the tyres must be replaced, it will be our responsibility.
- CERTIFICATION OF ROADWORTHINESS: this is done by CDS, once a year.
- Vehicles are installed with Tracker recovery units. Tracker's sophisticated technology has been made available on a nationwide basis to the South African Police Service, who are trained and equipped to track and recover the stolen vehicle. This system will be checked every six months to ensure prompt service and recovery.
